Is every piece really free?
Yes. Right now every piece is free. You only pay shipping & handling at checkout: $29.95 for one piece, $44.95 for two, and $10 more for each extra piece in the same parcel (up to 26 pieces).
How long does the free offer last?
The free window resets every 12 hours, so the timer you see starts again. Pieces are free while supplies last.
Why do I pay for shipping?
Shipping & handling covers packing, the tracked parcel and delivery to your door. The amount is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay; nothing is added on top.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and delivered in the United States in about 8-12 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
What are the pieces made of?
Our bracelets use natural stone or Japanese tile glass beads on strong stretch cord, and our charms, chains and earrings are hypoallergenic stainless steel with an 18k gold plated or silver finish.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request an easy return. See our refund policy for details.
How does the Mystery Box work?
You receive one surprise piece chosen by our team. Like every piece, it is free: it simply counts as one piece in your parcel for shipping & handling. It is a one-time order — there is no subscription and nothing is charged again.
What is the crossed-out price?
It is the regular retail price of the piece, so you can see the value of what you are getting. Our pieces are free right now; you only pay shipping & handling.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At the moment we ship to the United States only.
